Booking = when you are sure you want to come and you make a direct booking, after you receive a direct confirmation as well (check SPAM)
Inquiry = when you want to ask for place and not sure if you want to book it or also when you see on direct booking that we are full you can still ask us if we will have any places left.

After we receive your inquiry, you will receive a copy of it too. Then you will receive an offer and you can confirm it or not.
